Monarch Casino Resort Spa Black Hawk is seeking a Slot Attendant to monitor casino slot machines, verify jackpots, and support guest experience in Black Hawk, Colorado. This full-time role requires strong math, currency handling, and clear English communication.

Qualifications

Excellent guest service skills
Strong verbal communication abilities
Above average mathematical ability
Currency handling accuracy
Intermediate computer knowledge
Ability to use a radio headset
Clear spoken and written English
Reading and following written instructions
Ability to stand for long periods
Ability to lift up to 45 lbs occasionally

Responsibilities

Monitor performance of slot machines and activity in the casino slot areas
Ensure all slot machines are operable and flagged for repair as needed
Verify jackpots and install TITO tickets
Process forms and documents according to gaming procedures
Communicate relevant issues to management in a timely manner
Encourage player card sign-ups
Exercise good judgment in timing of information shared
