Qualifications

• Proven leadership in table games operations.
• Experience supervising dealers and floor staff.
• Strong knowledge of gaming regs and internal controls.
• Excellent guest service and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to train and develop Table Games teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Table Games operations during assigned shifts, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
• Supervise, coach, and support Table Games team members and supervisors.
• Monitor game activity, staffing, guest volume, and floor conditions for profitability.
• Ensure accurate, fair, and compliant game procedures and paperwork.
• Promote an exceptional guest experience and resolve concerns professionally.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement revenue-driving strategies.
• Assist with scheduling, labor planning, and coverage as needed.
• Maintain compliance with Title 31 and Colorado gaming regulations.
