Job summary

Mystic Lake Casino in Prior Lake, MN is seeking a Slot Manager to lead the daily slot floor operations, inspire the team, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will act as a compliance leader while supporting responsible alcohol service and casino standards, with responsibilities across multiple duties and shifts.

Qualifications

• Five years of Casino Operations experience, including three years in a Slot supervisory or management role.
• Experience preferred as a dual rate manager in Slot Operations.
• Strong problem solving related to machine functions and guest service recovery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee slot operations to ensure excellent guest service and resolve disputes per guidelines.
• Ensure policies are followed and assets safeguarded; monitor Title 31 compliance.
• Plan staffing, schedules, payroll edits, PTO approvals; lead/direct reports.
