Job summary

Mystic Lake Casino Hotel in Prior Lake, MN is seeking a Slot Technical Supervisor to lead the Slot Technicians, manage daily tasks, and ensure quality service and regulatory compliance on the floor and bench. You will monitor the gaming system integrity, mentor staff, and perform machine verifications for large jackpots, reporting to the Slot Shift Manager.

This role requires 18+, an Associate Degree in Electronics or equivalent, and proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, databases and

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Associate Degree in Electronics or an equivalent combination of education and Slot repair experience.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and email software.
Valid driver's license may be required with a good driving record.
Industrial Truck Driving permit may be required (forklift).

Responsibilities

Supervises Slot Technicians and coordinates daily tasks to ensure quality service and regulatory compliance.
Monitors and maintains the gaming system to ensure integrity.
Mentors subordinates and conducts performance appraisals for direct reports.
Conducts machine verifications for large jackpots and reports to the Slot Shift Manager.
