Job summary

Mystic Lake Casino, Prior Lake, MN, is seeking a Casino Manager on duty to oversee the slot floor, ensure outstanding guest service, and enforce policy compliance. You will staff, supervise, and train team members while acting as primary manager on duty when assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in Slot Operations, including at least one year supervising staff.
• Strong knowledge of Currency Transaction Reporting and gaming regulations.
• Proven leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to resolve guest service concerns and manage disputes.
• Proficiency with standard office software and slot systems.

Responsibilities

• Manages slot operations to deliver excellent guest service and acts as primary manager on duty.
• Ensures compliance with all policies and regulatory requirements, including Title 31.
• Verifies jackpots and oversees payout controls and internal standards.
• Evaluates staffing levels and assists with recruiting and training.
• Reviews payroll, PTO, and performance reviews; coaches team members.
