Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School graduate or GED.
• Five years of Casino Operations experience, three years in a Slot supervisory or management capacity.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Willingness to actively contribute to multiple projects and learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages slot operations to ensure excellent guest service and resolves disputes per department guidelines.
• Ensures policies and procedures safeguarding assets and compliance with Title 31.
• Evaluates staffing, schedules, payroll edits, and PTO approvals.
• Leads direct reports: interviewing, hiring, promoting, training and performance appraisals.
• Trains, motivates, and develops team; coaches to achieve outstanding performance.
• Directly services guests, pays and verifies jackpots and short pays; builds guest relationships.
• Acts as Manager on Duty in absence of Casino Manager.
• Oversee beverage service in absence of restaurant management.
• Authorizes and issues compliments.
