Job summary

Mystic Lake Casino in Prior Lake, MN is seeking a Slot Manager to lead the slot floor operations, inspire the team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while maintaining compliance and responsible alcohol service.

You will manage staffing, scheduling, payroll, and development of direct reports, while directly servicing guests with jackpots and building lasting relationships. Weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package are included.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Five years of Casino Operations experience, including three years in slot supervision/management.
• Strong problem-solving and guest-service recovery skills.
• Proven leadership with ability to train and develop staff.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage slot operations to deliver excellent guest service and resolve disputes.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed to safeguard assets and comply with Title 31.
• Evaluate staffing levels and schedule staff; review payroll and PTO.
• Lead, interview, hire, promote, train and appraise direct reports; conduct disciplinary actions if needed.
• Coach and develop team members to achieve outstanding performance.
• Direct guest services, including paying jackpots and building regular guest relationships.
• Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Casino Manager.
• Support beverage service oversight and cross-department communication.
