Job summary

Mystic Lake Casino is seeking a Slot Manager to lead the slot floor operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences and building lasting guest relationships. You will drive compliance, support responsible alcohol service, and uphold casino standards as assigned.

The role oversees staffing, payroll, training, and development of direct reports while acting as a primary leader on duty and ensuring smooth operations across the floor.

Qualifications

• Five years of Casino Operations experience, three in a Slot supervisory or management capacity.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Willingness to lead, coach and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage slot operations to ensure excellent guest service and resolve disputes.
• Ensure policy compliance and safeguard company assets including Title 31 monitoring.
• Schedule staff, review payroll, and approve PTO.
• Lead interviews, hiring, training and performance reviews for direct reports.
• Train and motivate team members and coach for outstanding performance.
• Directly service guests, authorize jackpots, and build guest relationships.
