Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Slot Host to manage day‑to‑day activities on the casino floor, including handling jackpots, minor repairs, and guest interactions. You will coordinate with slot supervisors to deliver exceptional service and maintain accuracy in monetary transactions.

You will greet guests, monitor floor sections, resolve service requests, and promote Caesars Rewards and events. The role requires high integrity and the ability to pass Slot certification tests.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service and casino floor operations is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to learn and adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Operate slot machines and handle cash transactions on the casino floor.
• Assist guests, answer questions and promote Caesars products and services.
• Maintain area cleanliness and ensure game floor is organized and inviting.
• Accurately complete jackpot paperwork and reconcile bank at shift end.
• Adhere to all regulatory and department policies including Title 31 requirements.
