Job summary

Caesars Entertainment in Las Vegas is seeking a Slot Attendant to quickly and accurately perform fills and jackpots on machines, and to handle minor repairs. A Slot Attendant walks the casino floor, making themselves available to assist customers and provide friendly, courteous service at all times.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of slot floor experience, is 21+, and can handle money quickly and accurately, while following all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• One-year previous slot floor-person experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
• Gaming License, NV.

Responsibilities

• Patrols assigned sections to surprise and delight guests; create a fun, high-energy environment by celebrating slot wins and boosting players' perception of luck.
• Maintains attentive, upbeat, and enthusiastic behavior during every Moment of Truth interaction.
• Delivers unparalleled guest interactions as directed by company initiatives to build customer loyalty.
• Explains the functionality of Slot Floor (e.g., Fast Cash - ticket in/ticket out).
• Responds to service requests in the right order for slot dispatch, candle lights, radio, and customers while meeting department standards; countersigns hand-paid jackpots.
• Resolves guest complaints through Service Recovery with urgency and empathy within approved authority levels.
• Keeps slot areas clean, secure, and well maintained; maintains professional appearance and phone etiquette.
• Exhibits courteous, friendly, outgoing personality; demonstrates good organization and communication in a loud environment.
• Maintains accurate counts and verifies banks; works well with co-workers and as part of a team.
