Formación

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain valid gaming license.
• Ability to accurately account for cash transactions.
• Ability to work well with the public.
• Must be physically mobile and stand/walk for 8–12 hours.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Able to work in areas with dust, smoke, noise, temperature variations and crowds.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Regular and punctual attendance.

Responsabilidades

• Create an enjoyable environment for casino guests while observing slot play and ensuring operation integrity.
• Respond to guest needs and accurately handle monetary transactions.
• Pay and verify jackpots and hand pays on slot machines according to procedures.
• Promote Caesars Rewards program and explain benefits to guests.
• Maintain and control money flow during shift.
• Assist in training new personnel as needed.
• Patrol work areas to ensure cleanliness and address guest requests.
• Repair minor machine malfunctions and coordinate with Slot Technicians for repairs.
• Replenish games with TITO paper as needed.
• Assist with dispatching calls and logging paperwork when assigned by a supervisor.
• Be aware of upcoming marketing events and promotions; assist with event execution.
• Understand slot machines and how to read the pay table.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
