• Experience in Slot Operations preferred.
• Fluent in English; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle monetary transactions with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Builds customer loyalty, handles disputes, and promotes Caesars Rewards program.
• Hires, trains, motivates, evaluates, and supervises assigned personnel; coaches for success.
• Ensures compliance with all policies and maintains security of funds and inventory.
• Communicates effectively with all levels of the organization and across shifts.
• Approves jackpots up to $100,000 and monitors for slot-related activity.
