Job summary

Harrah’s and Caesars Republic Lake Tahoe is seeking a Slot Host to work alongside fellow hosts and supervisors on the casino floor, paying jackpots, making minor repairs, and performing cashier duties while ensuring compliance with Title 31 and department policies.

You will greet guests, manage your floor, explain machine features, resolve issues, promote Caesars Rewards, and help maintain service standards with accuracy and integrity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Fluent in English with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle monetary transactions accurately.
• Basic data entry to input information to computerized forms.
• Must pass bi-annual slot certification tests.
• Uphold integrity in all regulated business situations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and build loyalty with personal service.
• Monitor assigned floor section and maintain cleanliness.
• Explain machine functionality to guests on the floor.
• Resolve service requests while meeting standards.
• Complete jackpot paperwork and payouts accurately.
• Support Caesars Rewards and property events marketing.
