Job summary

Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to oversee shift operations and ensure guests enjoy a superior gaming experience. You’ll supervise Guest Services Representatives, manage scheduling, and coordinate with departments to resolve service and technical issues.

You will assist with promotions, handle jackpot payments, and ensure compliance with policies and gaming regulations while maintaining high service standards and staff training.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of experience within the slot department or gaming areas of a casino.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Lead.
• Ability to analyze and interpret departmental needs and results.
• Ability to solve complex problems.
• Ability to perform duties under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and leads Guest Services Representatives and team members on assigned shift.
• Ensure flawless guest experience on the slot floor and Live! Rewards desk while coordinating with all departments to resolve issues.
• Assist with setup and execution of contests and promotions and take ownership of marketing events.
• Assist with payment of jackpots and machine malfunctions.
• Address guest issues and complaints courteously and document shift activity.
• Ensure cross-shift communication and compliance with internal controls and gaming regulations.
• Train and manage staff according to departmental standards and programs.
• Extend complementary services per the approved comp matrix.
• Review slot activities and promotions with the Slot Manager.
