Job summary
Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia is seeking a Table Games Supervisor to oversee the table games area, ensuring game integrity and a positive guest experience. You will supervise dealers, manage markers and credits, and analyze play for irregularities while maintaining compliance and security.
You will lead staff development, coordinate with management, and uphold high standards of guest service in a dynamic, 24/7 casino environment.
Qualifications
- Two to five years of experience with a Four year degree in related fields or equivalent work experience.
- Technical school education in dealing specified games.
- Must be able to comply with all state gaming regulations and licensing requirements.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the successful operation of the table games area and ensure integrity of the games.
- Supervise and develop table games dealers and staff performance.
- Manage fills/credits, player ratings, markers, and rundowns.
- Analyze customer play for irregularities and deter cheating.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain excellent guest service and safety for guests and employees.
