Job summary

Hard Rock Casino Rockford is seeking a Slot Department supervisor responsible for maximizing guest service and supervising Electronic Gaming Device operations on the casino floor. You will enforce policies and ensure adherence to Illinois Gaming Regulations while guiding a team of frontline staff.

Key duties include staff training, performance management, and coordinating daily shift coverage to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience.
• Prior slot experience and Gaming industry experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• General responsibility for EGD operation during assigned shift.
• Ensure all personnel comply with policies, procedures and regulations.
• Train, develop, counsel and discipline within assigned parameters.
• Manage subordinates in the Slot Department.
• Direct, coordinate and evaluate the unit and its staff.
