Job summary

Hard Rock Casino Rockford is seeking a Slot Technician I to diagnose and repair slot machines, with minimal supervision, drawing on strong mechanical and electronic knowledge.

You will install and move gaming devices, perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot ticket-in/ticket-out systems, and assist with firmware upgrades and game conversions. A high school diploma and 2+ years in gaming or related service are required.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years’ experience in Gaming Industry or equivalent customer service.
• Electronic background or hands-on electronics experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair slot machines with limited supervision.
• Repair and maintain electronic circuitry in gaming devices.
• Install, move, and perform preventative maintenance on gaming devices.
• Troubleshoot ticket-in/ticket-out systems and coin/bill validators.
• Assist with firmware upgrades and game conversions.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Adhere to all Illinois Gaming Regulations and company policies.
