Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Rockford is seeking an experienced Front of House Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations and staff during assigned shifts. You will mentor team members to deliver outstanding guest service while ensuring safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.

• Open/close outlet; prepare for operation and maintain cleanliness.
• Maintain scheduling, time and attendance records, and staff appraisals.
• Monitor budget and labor to ensure efficient operation.
• Monitor guest service and ratings; address guest concerns.
• Inspect outlet daily for safety and sanitation; ensure supplies.
• Attend meetings and complete follow-up as assigned.
• Work flexible shifts; attend seminars when needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
