Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Minimum 3 years gaming experience with slots preferred.
• Minimum 2 years related management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; able to work on casino floor.

Responsibilities

• Supervise slot department personnel during assigned shift.
• Respond to and resolve customer disputes/complaints.
• Perform minor repairs to gaming devices and verify jackpots.
• Complete department forms for jackpots, cash transactions, and malfunctions.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and implement work schedules based on business needs.
• Maintain secure key controls at all times.
• Develop friendly rapport with customers and employees.
• Communicate effectively by two-way radio.
