Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a Slot Supervisor to oversee slot department personnel during the assigned shift on the casino floor in Louisiana. The role emphasizes security of slot funds, policy adherence, and customer service excellence.

You will supervise slot service staff, resolve player concerns, document jackpot and transaction records, and coordinate schedules, with ongoing focus on safety, compliance, and a courteous, responsive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in gaming, with a concentration in slots, preferred.
• Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, instruct, and evaluate slot service personnel in the proper performance of job duties.
• Respond to and resolve customer disputes / complaints.
• Accurately complete written department forms and records detailing payment of jackpots, cash coin transactions, machine malfunctions, etc. in a timely manner.
• Prepare and implement work schedule in response to business demands.
• Maintain secure key controls at all times.
• Develop, apply, and maintain a friendly, courteous rapport with customers and employees.
• Effectively communicate by two-way radio.
