Job summary

Seneca Niagara Falls Gaming Corporation seeks a Slot Supervisor to oversee Slot Attendants on assigned shifts, ensuring high-quality customer service and adherence to internal controls. The role involves monitoring machine integrity, payout accuracy, and enforcing policies while maintaining professional conduct on the casino floor.

The ideal candidate has strong supervisory experience, solid knowledge of casino operations, and excellent communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Minimum of two (2) years of casino experience and at least one (1) year of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of casino rules, regulations and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to speak to public, employees and customers.
• Ability to resolve problems in a diplomatic and tactful manner.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Slot Attendants on an assigned shift in conjunction with the Slot Shift Manager.
• Monitor activities in Slot areas to detect irregularities and ensure machines function properly and are played legitimately.
• Assign personnel to areas, manage schedules and monitor breaks for proper coverage.
• Assist in monitoring payouts to ensure correct payments to customers.
• Act as signatory on jackpots per Internal Control Manual.
