Job summary

Catawba-Two-Kings-Casino is seeking a Slot Supervisor to lead a shift, engage staff and deliver outstanding guest service on the casino floor. You will ensure operations run smoothly, monitor slot technology, and enforce company policies with professionalism and accuracy.

You will coach and discipline staff as needed, maintain security of games and money, and collaborate with slot technicians to resolve issues while building long-term relationships with players.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; degree in business, hospitality or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years slot operations or casino floor supervision experience preferred or 2–3 supervisor roles in hospitality.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain a valid Catawba Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift employees, ensure staff duties are performed and engage staff to promote a positive work environment.
• Maintain communication with employees, model Two Kings Casino standards and provide exceptional guest service.
• Ensure slot machines and equipment function properly; authorize jackpot payments per procedures; coordinate with technicians as needed.
• Maintain inventory of equipment and keys; protect confidentiality of company files; prepare accurate records and reports.
