Job summary

Seneca Gaming Corporation is seeking a Slot Supervisor for the Niagara Falls, NY area. This role supervises Slot Attendants on an assigned shift to ensure consistent, high levels of customer service and adherence to internal controls.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, monitoring machine operation and payouts, and enforcing security policies. Must have casino experience and supervisory background; training completed within nine months.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two (2) years of casino experience and at least one (1) year of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of casino rules, regulations and procedures.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Slot Attendants on assigned shift and ensure high levels of service.
• Monitor slot machines for proper operation and legitimacy.
• Assign staff, schedule breaks, and ensure coverage.
• Monitor payouts and act as signatory on jackpots.
• Enforce security policies and information security guidelines.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct in line with policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service and handle inquiries from patrons.
• Complete required training within nine months of employment.
• Work across a 24-hour shift schedule as needed.
