• Ensure compliance with all regulations, internal controls and policies.
• Maintain effective working relationships with IRGC representatives.
• Maintain effective working relationships with other departments and employees.
• Provide proactive customer service and resolve guest issues.
• Perform ticket fills & jackpot payments per Internal Controls.
• Authorize slot payouts per Internal Controls.
• Circulate the slot floor to ensure cleanliness and proper operation.
• Perform minor repairs (printer issues, bill jams) and assist guests as needed.
