Job summary

You will lead training, ensure safety and regulatory adherence, and maintain strong customer service. The role requires standing long hours, light maintenance duties, and effective communication using a two-way radio.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Six months of experience in a similar role preferred.
• Knowledgeable about gaming regulations and company policies.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining and supervising slot floor operations and coverage of breaks.
• Monitor slot floor activity to protect company funds and assets.
• Oversee employees to ensure safety, integrity, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead training and coaching of staff and maintain professional rapport with customers and employees.
• Perform minor machine maintenance tasks and document cash transactions and jackpots.
• Operate two-way radio to communicate across the floor.
• Ensure cleanliness and security of assigned areas and manage key controls.
• Pay or verify jackpot winnings and complete required documentation.
