Responsibilities

• Authorize and pay jackpots for specified levels.
• Perform tickets fills on slot machines.
• Investigate player complaints and machine malfunctions.
• Assist all customers as needed and maintain cleanliness of gaming floor.
• Learn, comprehend and comply with company policies, MICS, Gaming Regulations and Title 31 requirements.
