Job summary

SummaryProvides customer service to all Rolling Hills Casino guests.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:Provides high quality of customer service in the execution of all tasks and responsibilities.Ensures all guests’ needs are met in a timely manner.Makes change for customers.Assists in resolving customer complaints/disputes.Authorizes and pays jackpots for specified levels.Performs tickets fills on slot machines.Investigates player complaints and machine malfunctions.Assists all customers as needed.Always uses proper skills i.e.; respect, patience, attentiveness, etc. when dealing with guests.Monitors and corrects minor machine malfunctions, including changing ticket paper.Answers all calls for repairs in assigned area, i.e. paper jams, bill acceptor jams, etc.Helps maintain cleanliness of gaming floor in the assigned area.Must learn, comprehend and comply with all Company policies and procedures, MICS, Gaming Regulations and Title 31 requirements.Working hours are determined by 24-hour schedule and subject to change.Other duties as assigned.RequirementsMinimum 21 years of ageSupervisory ResponsibilitiesThis job does not have supervisory responsibilities.Education and/or ExperienceHigh School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
