Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a Slot Floor Attendant to deliver exceptional guest service on the slot floor and assist guests with questions, jackpot winnings verification, and required paperwork.

Responsibilities include basic machine maintenance, documenting cash transactions, and maintaining a courteous rapport with customers and staff while ensuring safety and security across assigned areas.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Knowledge of gaming regulations and company policies.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate two-way radio.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must obtain/maintain licenses and/or certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service on the Slot floor.
• Assist guests with questions and verify/pay jackpot winnings.
• Complete required paperwork.
• Perform minor machine maintenance (doors, jams, paper, resets).
• Document cash transactions and jackpot payouts accurately.
• Develop and maintain courteous rapport with customers and employees.
• Maintain security and cleanliness of assigned areas.
