Job summary

Chin’an Gaming Hall in Alaska is seeking a Slot Ambassador to deliver exceptional customer service in all slot areas of the casino. You will assist players with game information, jackpots, payouts and TITO ticket replenishment while keeping the casino floor clean and orderly.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, being 21 or older, and the ability to handle guests calmly. Prior cash handling and MS Office/IGT Falcon software familiarity are beneficial for daily operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and/or GED required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Experience in cash handling and customer service encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Observe activity in assigned areas; advise players on machine functions and payouts.
• Identify jackpot transactions, process them promptly with high service quality.
• Handle routine guest inquiries and incidents; alert supervision as needed.
• Follow company policies and maintain high quality service for all guests.
• Assist guests with change, jackpot payouts, slot issues and TITO tickets.
• Maintain casino cleanliness during preopening, operating hours and closing.
