Job summary

Chin’an Gaming Hall is seeking a Slot Ambassador to provide exceptional customer service in all slot areas of the casino and support guests with game information, payouts, and amenities. The role includes maintaining casino cleanliness on the floor and BOH areas, handling cash banks, and assisting with TITO tickets.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, being 21+, and the ability to manage inquiries from guests, including handling inebriated patrons with courtesy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and/or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Observe activity within assigned areas and advise slot players on machine functions and payouts.
• Identify jackpot transactions and complete them promptly and accurately.
• Handle routine customer complaints and escalate as needed.
• Assist customers with change, jackpot payouts, and TITO ticket replenishment.
• Maintain composure in a potentially stressful environment.
• Carry out preopening, closing and general maintenance tasks as assigned.
