Job summary

Arizona Charlie's, LLC is seeking a Slot Attendant to deliver prompt, courteous guest service on the casino floor. You will handle jackpots, ticket vouchers, and minor machine repairs while maintaining accuracy and asset integrity.

You’ll support smooth operations and guest satisfaction in a dynamic environment. You will monitor assigned slot sections, assist guests, and help ensure compliance with gaming laws.

Qualifications

• 6 months of guest service or casino operations experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a high-paced environment.
• Experience handling cash and operating basic computer systems.
• Ability to communicate in English, both written and verbal.
• At least 21 years of age and ability to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service per the guest service culture.
• Monitor slot sections to maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Assist guests with service lights, jackpots, vouchers, and minor machine repairs.
• Refill printer vouchers and input jackpot data accurately.
• Handle and secure company keys according to procedures.
• Maintain professionalism and promote special offers or amenities.
• Communicate with team via radio for smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate cash bank and follow money-handling procedures.
• Coordinate with Casino Operations and Security to report issues.
• Notify management of floor irregularities and escalated issues.
• Adhere to gaming laws and internal controls; comply with Title 31 and federal regs.
• Provide outstanding guest service promptly to guests and team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
