Job summary

Chin’an Gaming Hall in Alaska is seeking a Slot Ambassador to deliver exceptional customer service in all slot areas of the casino. You will assist players with game information, jackpots, payouts and TITO ticket replenishment while keeping the casino floor clean and orderly.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, being 21 or older, and the ability to handle guests calmly. Prior cash handling and MS Office/IGT Falcon software familiarity are beneficial for daily operations.

Responsibilities

Slot Ambassador# Slot Ambassador20813 Birchwood Spur Road - Chugiak, AK 99567## OverviewSalary Range$18.00 - $18.00 Hourly## DescriptionThe Slot Ambassador will be responsible for customer service in all slot areas of the casino. This position will also support the customer by assisting with game information, financial transaction questions and general questions about the amenities of the casino.
