Job summary

The Chin’an Gaming Hall is seeking a Slot Ambassador to provide customer service across all slot areas in the Alaska casino. You will assist with game information, jackpot transactions, and TITO ticket handling while ensuring the casino floor and related areas remain clean.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED, comfort handling money and dealing with guests calmly, and availability for varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. Training and onboarding will be provided.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience in customer service preferred.
Ability to handle money and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

Observe activity in assigned areas and advise slot players on machine functions and payouts.
Identify jackpot transactions and process them promptly with high service.
Handle customer complaints and incidents and escalate when needed.
Understand and comply with company policies and procedures.
Assist customers with change, payouts, slot issues, and TITO tickets.
Maintain composure in a potentially stressful environment.
Manage cash banks issued to employees and perform general cleaning duties.
