Job summary

Terrible's in Sparks, NV is seeking a Change Attendant to deliver exceptional guest service and adhere to gaming policies. The role involves maintaining a neat area, monitoring slot equipment, greeting players, paying jackpots, and resolving guest issues with integrity.

Must be 21+, able to multitask, and work flexible hours including nights and weekends. The position requires basic computer skills for cash handling and a commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction in a lively hotel/casino

Qualifications

Minimum of 6 month cash handling experience preferred.
Ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks at once.
Comfort in operational computer skills required for cash handling system.
Dedication to Integrity, Teamwork and Customer Service.
The ability to maintain composure during time of uncertainty.
Excellent communication skills.
Must be willing and able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays on a rotational basis.

Responsibilities

Ensure the assigned area is neat and clean.
Monitor slot equipment in order to maintain proper use and maintenance.
Greet all new and existing players and accommodate their needs within program guidelines to ensure player satisfaction and encourage return visits.
Monitor and pay jackpots.
Monitor and help maintain all change machines.
Handle guest complaints and disputes fairly and with the best interest of the hotel/casino in mind.
