Job summary

The Player Services Representative at Chin’an Gaming Hall in Chugiak, AK, 99567 handles cash transactions, assists guests with ATM and check cashing, and processes rewards and promotions for the Players Club while maintaining a safe, friendly environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Previous cash handling experience is required.
• Must be 21 years of age and able to work weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Make change, cash TITO tickets/vouchers/receipts, and slot jackpot payouts.
• Assist guests with ATM, credit card advances and check cashing transactions.
• Maintain enrollment and confidentiality of Players Club accounts and rewards.
• Ensure efficient daily operations and exceptional guest service within Player Club.
• General cleaning duties of the casino and surrounding areas as assigned.
