Job summary

Meskwaki Bingo Casino Hotel in Tama, IA is seeking a Full-Time Non-Safety Sensitive Slot Area Monitor. You will oversee transaction accuracy in the slot floor, respond to service indicators, and support guest needs in a fast-paced casino setting.

Responsibilities include safeguarding assets, maintaining confidentiality, and collaborating with supervisors to ensure positive guest experiences while adhering to regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

Must have High School Diploma or GED and be at least 18 years old.
Must pass a basic math test and be able to obtain a gaming license per Sac & Fox Gaming Commission.
Must be able to work in a fast paced casino environment and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Monitor assigned slot area to ensure guest satisfaction and transaction accuracy.
Handle cash and gaming device transactions with care and according to policy.
Respond to guest service needs and address machine service indicators or malfunctions.
Maintain tidiness and safety in the assigned area and follow all procedures and regulations.
Coordinate with Supervisors and co-workers to ensure smooth operations and asset protection.
