Job summary

Meskwaki Bingo Casino Hotel seeks a capable Assistant Shift Supervisor to support the Cage Department during each shift. You will supervise monetary transactions, ensure policy compliance, and assist with staffing and training of Cage Team Members.

You will monitor CTR regulations (Title 31), maintain accurate logs, and coordinate with the Cage Manager to resolve issues. This is a full-time on-site role at Tama, IA.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Associates degree in a relevant field or two years of relevant experience.
• Must be able to obtain a gaming license per Sac & Fox Gaming Commission regulations.
• Able to read and interpret Currency Transaction Reporting (Title 31) regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Shift Supervisor with oversight of monetary transactions and related paperwork.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Help manage staffing levels during shifts.
• Follow IRS Currency Transaction Reporting and Title 31 regulations.
• Verify cash and ATM/ticket redemption activities and log records.
• Prepare shift balance and other required reports.
• Communicate issues to Cage Manager and other departments as needed.
