Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and an Associates degree in a relevant field, or two years of Main Bank/Employee Window Cage experience.
• Must be knowledgeable with Currency Transaction Reporting (Title 31) regulations and able to obtain a gaming license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to handle busy, stressful shifts.

Responsibilities

• In the absence of the Shift Supervisor, the Assistant Shift Supervisor will perform duties.
• Ensure activities follow approved policies and procedures.
• Assist in ensuring proper staffing levels during shifts.
• Follow all prescribed methods of operations set by Cage Manager.
• Enforce Currency Transaction Reporting regulations and maintain accurate paperwork.
• Monitor cash handling, vault/main bank operations, and ATM/ticket kiosks as required.
• Prepare shift-balancing reports and communicate non-routine activities to the Cage Manager.
• Ensure internal controls are followed and staff are trained.
