Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must be able to obtain a gaming license per Sac & Fox Gaming Commission.
• Ability to work with the general public and flexible hours.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must meet non-supervisory training and education requirements.

Aufgaben

• Greets and assists all guests with a pleasant and courteous attitude.
• Administer the Player’s Club accounts according to rules and regulations.
• Answer questions and disperse club membership information.
• Sets up new club accounts with valid photo identification.
• Assist guests with their club accounts (points, comp value, coupons, etc.).
• Keep updated and have knowledge of all promotional activities in the casino.
• Maintain and stock club supplies as needed.
• Communicates effectively with staff, other departments, and outside representatives.
• Safeguard and account for the assets of the owners.
• Comply with policies and procedures required by the department, the company, the Meskwaki Gaming Commission, and the National Indian Gaming Commission.
• Monitor the casino environment and follow established safety procedures to provide for the safety of guests and co-workers.
• Work respectfully and effectively as part of the company team to ensure guest satisfaction, asset protection, and co-worker respect.
• Report to work on time and as required in professional attire, display a high level of personal cleanliness and follow personal appearance standards.
• May issue printed self comps, cash-back and point redemption vouchers, and PBT to customers in accordance with established policies and procedures.

• Attends all required meetings and training sessions.
• Assist with Sales and Marketing promotional activities (i.e. Issuance to tickets, gift certificates, coupons and slot tournaments).
• Help with all promotions held at Club Meskwaki.
• Has signatory authority for complimentary – room and/or meal.
• Assumes coat check duties when needed.
• Performs other job related duties as assigned.
