Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and knowledge of Meskwaki Casino Internal Controls and procedures.
• Must be able to obtain a gaming license per Sac & Fox Gaming Commission rules.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to train staff.

Responsibilities

• Safeguard and account for the assets of the owners.
• Ensure drop and soft count functions are completed timely.
• Maintain and verify operation of count and dispense equipment across Soft Count, Cage, and kiosks.
• Keep inventory of replacement parts and supplies for count/dispense equipment.
• Know how to use diagnostic and test equipment properly.
• Supervise staff and ensure training on procedures.
• Coordinate with Count & Technician Manager on staffing actions.
• Promote respectful interactions between coworkers.
• Report non-routine activities and equipment issues immediately.
• Ensure compliance with department, company, and regulatory procedures.
• Communicate effectively with management and other departments for smooth operations.
• Monitor environment and follow safety procedures; protect guests and staff.
• Contribute to a team-focused, asset-protective workplace.
