Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board.
• Three to six months related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilités

• Assists with the payment of slot machine jackpot and ticket fills.
• Repairs minor slot machine malfunctions.
• Assists with making player’s cards.
• Notifies slot technicians when machine malfunctions require technical assistance.
• Responds to guest issues, concerns and complaints in a courteous manner consistent with guest service standards.
• Complies with all internal controls and procedures related to departmental operations.
• Solicits and processes new slot club members into the slots rewards program.
• Assists with the cleanliness of the casino floor and Heart of House.
• All other duties as assigned.
