Job summary

Fairmount Park is seeking a casino player services associate to enhance guest entertainment and smooth operations on the gaming floor. You will assist with jackpots, card services, and ticket fills while ensuring courteous responses to guest issues and adherence to controls.

Responsibilities include minor repairs, coordinating with slot technicians, and promoting the slots rewards program. The role requires a 21+ license and a friendly, reliable service mindset.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a gaming license.
• 3–6 months related experience or equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

From live racing tradition to modern entertainment, there's always something exciting happening at Fairmount Park is Casino & Racing!**Job Description:**Provides casino player services to ensure their entertainment experiences exceed their expectation level. **Responsibilitie******s**:**· Assists with the payment of slot machine jackpot and ticket fills.· Repairs minor slot machine malfunctions· Assists with making player’s cards.· Notifies slot technicians when machine malfunctions require technical assistance.· Responds to guest issues, concerns and complaints in a courteous manner consistent with guest service standards.· Complies with all internal controls and procedures related to departmental operations.· Solicits and processes new slot club members in to the slots rewards program.· Assists with the cleanliness of the casino floor and Heart of House.· All other duties as assigned **Qualifications:**· High school diploma or general education degree (GED)· Must be 21 years of age or older · Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board · Three to six months related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.**Physical and Work Demands:**· Regularly required to walk, stand, see, talk and hear; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms.· Frequently required to stoop and kneel.· Must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.Ability to work in a noisy environment**Base Pay Range:**17.00*This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position.
