Job summary

Fairmount Park Casino & Racing in Collinsville, IL is seeking a Security Supervisor to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff. You will supervise Security Officers, coordinate training, and review incident reports to ensure swift, compliant action.

Responsibilities include overseeing physical security of the casino and assets, escorting cash and chips, reporting violations, and upholding all policies and regulatory requirements while delivering excellent guest service.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older and able to obtain a gaming license.
• Prior security, safety, or loss prevention experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience and strong customer service skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing the security team through training, scheduling, evaluations, and corrective action.
• Supervise and manage Security Officers and review Security Incident Reports.
• Oversee casino physical security and protect assets; escort cash, chips, and table drops.
