Amcor Flexibles, LLC is seeking a Pouch Operator to support the pouching department in Asheville, NC. The role involves loading and setting up pouching machines, producing products to customer specs, and completing required testing and paperwork.

You will maintain equipment, ensure quality and safety, and communicate daily with supervision and team members. Forklift certification is preferred, and a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years slitting or pouching experience preferred.
• General knowledge of computers preferred.
• Ability to read and complete reports in English.

Responsabilités

• Perform set-up and operate pouching equipment to produce product according to quality and productivity requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Ensure material meets customer requirements throughout the run.
• Assists with safety and housekeeping in the pouching area.
• Communicate with management and shift personnel on a daily basis.
• Support CI and improvement activities.
