The role requires reading gauges, recording outputs, and collaborating with team members to meet production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Follow detailed instructions accurately.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent manual dexterity and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of production schedules, basic math, data entry.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate slitter according to procedures.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping, and preventive maintenance programs.
• Troubleshoot, inspect equipment, and document activities.
• Instruct trainees in slitter operation and record keeping.
• Read measurements, gauges, and meters.
