Job summary

Shurtape Technologies, LLC is seeking a dedicated Slitter Operator to set up and run manual and automatic slitter lines, ensuring quality and efficient production. The role requires following procedures, maintaining safety and equipment, and documenting results in SAP.

You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while supporting a productive team in a dynamic manufacturing environment, with attention to safety and reliable operation of machinery.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately, work independently, and a team player.
• Excellent manual dexterity and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of production schedules, basic math skills, computer skills, and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate slitter according to established procedures.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping, and preventive maintenance programs.
• Ensure finishing equipment is working correctly, troubleshoot, perform safety inspects and complete required documentation.
• Perform data-entry on SAP and record output results.
