Job summary

Monarch in Jamestown, NC is seeking a Caring Direct Support Professional (Sleepover) to provide person-centered support in a residential setting. This PRN, part-time role requires sleepover shifts and a focus on helping individuals achieve personal goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Valid US driver's license.
• Experience supporting individuals with mental health, IDD, or SUD.

Responsibilities

• Assess individuals to identify hopes, dreams, and goals and provide supports.
• Help individuals build relationships in their community and with natural supports.
• Encourage participation in community activities aligned with interests.
• Protect rights and promote advocacy for the people served.
• Provide emotional, physical, and medical support as needed.
• Document progress notes, timesheets, and related records.
• Attend trainings and maintain required certifications.
