Job summary

Monarch Healthcare is seeking a Developmental Specialist Sleepover in Winston-Salem, NC. This part-time, overnight role supports individuals with mental health needs and developmental disabilities in a residential setting.

You will assess people’s goals, help them engage in the community, advocate for rights, and document progress. Sleepovers require caring, reliability, and commitment to person-centered care in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with mental health diagnoses, IDD, or SUD.
• Part-time sleepover role in a residential setting.

Responsibilities

• Assess individuals’ hopes and goals and provide supports.
• Help develop relationships in the community and with natural supports.
• Assist participation in the community aligned with interests.
• Protect rights and promote advocacy and use personal advocates.
• Provide emotional, physical, and medical support as needed.
• Document progress notes, timesheets, and incident reports.
