This role requires 1–2 years of retail or customer-facing experience, a flexible schedule including evenings/weekends, and a commitment to exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Discover customers' sleep needs and match them with Sleep Number products.
• Explain product benefits and current promotions while delivering personalized customer experiences to drive satisfaction and exceed sales goals.
• Proactively nurture prospective customers through outbound calls, with a strong focus on building relationships that generate repeat and new business.
• Work together to maintain a polished showroom and deliver an exceptional store experience.
• Take part in sales practice training and coaching to sharpen your skills.
