Job summary

Sleep Number Corporation is seeking dynamic Sales Representatives to join our retail team. You will identify customers' sleep needs, explain product benefits, and drive satisfaction and sales in our store environment.

You’ll build relationships through outbound outreach, participate in product training, and maintain a polished showroom. A 1–2 year track record in retail or customer service and a high school diploma are preferred, with uncapped earning potential through commission.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail or customer-facing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with CRM and POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities
